The care plan from Brightleaf Studio covers hosting, edits, monitoring and Google Business Profile upkeep for ₹1,500 per month. It is optional. Your website and your domain stay yours whether you take it or not.

Deliberately not included
- Ad campaign management. This studio does not run Google or Meta ads and will not charge you to pretend otherwise.
- Ongoing SEO retainers. The technical work is built into the site. Monthly “SEO” billing without a content plan behind it is the most common way local businesses in Chennai waste money.
- New pages or redesigns. Small edits are covered; a new service page is new work and gets quoted.
- Social media posting. Different job, different skill.

What happens if you cancel
Nothing gets switched off. Brightleaf Studio hands you the source file and the hosting login at launch, and the domain is registered in your name from day one, so cancelling the care plan means you take over hosting and edits. The site keeps working.
This matters because the alternative is common. A designer who registers your domain in their own name, hosts your site on their account and keeps the source file has a business that depends on you being unable to leave. That is not a maintenance plan, it is a hostage situation with an invoice attached.
The care plan here has to be worth ₹1,500 every month on its own. If it stops being worth it, you stop paying, and you keep everything.

Can I update my website myself?
Yes. Brightleaf Studio hands you the source file and the hosting login, so you or anyone you hire can edit the site. Small text and price changes are also covered under the ₹1,500 per month care plan if you would rather send a WhatsApp message than edit anything.
What happens to my website if I stop paying?
The website stays yours. Brightleaf Studio registers the domain in your name and hands over the source files at launch, so cancelling the care plan means you take over hosting and updates. Nothing is switched off and nothing is held hostage. This is stated in writing before work starts.
Who owns the domain name?
You do. Brightleaf Studio has the domain registered in your name and with your email as the account owner, even when helping you buy it. A designer who registers your domain in their own name can hold your business hostage later, which is why it is never done here.
Can I move my website to another designer later?
Yes, and without asking permission. Brightleaf Studio builds one-page sites as a single self-contained HTML file, so moving hosts means uploading one file. You get that file at launch. There is no proprietary platform, no builder account and no export process to negotiate.
Do you keep a copy of my website?
Brightleaf Studio keeps a backup of every site built, so a broken or deleted site can be restored quickly. Your login credentials are never stored, and Brightleaf Studio will never ask for your Google account password — Google Business Profile access is granted through Google's own manager invite instead.
What does the ₹1,500 per month care plan actually cover?
The Brightleaf Studio care plan covers hosting, uptime monitoring, small text and price edits, seasonal photo swaps, Google Business Profile posts and updates, and a monthly check for broken links or outdated hours. It is a maintenance plan, not an advertising or SEO retainer.
Do you do Google Business Profile setup?
Yes. Brightleaf Studio sets up or cleans up your Google Business Profile as part of every build, matching the name, address and phone number exactly to your website. Mismatched details across listings are one of the most common reasons Chennai businesses rank poorly in Google Maps.
Will my site rank first on Google?
Nobody can promise a ranking position, and any Chennai agency that does is guessing. Brightleaf Studio builds the technical foundation that ranking depends on — fast loading, correct structure, matching Google Business Profile details — and is honest that competitive terms take months of consistent work.
How do I know if the website is working?
Brightleaf Studio sets up privacy-friendly analytics with no cookie banner, so you can see visitor numbers and which pages they read. The more useful measure for a local business is simpler: count how many WhatsApp enquiries mention finding you online.
What if something breaks on my website?
Message the WhatsApp number on this site and you reach the person who built it, not a ticket queue. Care plan clients get fixes as part of the plan. Sites built by Brightleaf Studio use no plugins or external services, so there is very little that can break unattended.
